Enter into the 12,500 square foot haunted mansion where an evening of macabre magic awaits you. As you freely roam the house, you’ll find tarot readings, strange roaming specters, secret games, and so much more.
A HISTORY OF DARKNESS

Experience the haunting tale of eminent psychiatrist and hypnotist, Doctor Grigor Volkov and his recently orphaned nieces and nephews. After they move into Volkov Manor, a former halfway house for the doctor’s disturbed patients, the spirits insist on protecting them from a malicious entity known only as The Midnight Man. Loosely based on the final days of Grigori Rasputin, the ancient god Veles and other Slavic folktales, House of Spirits weaves a disquieting and interactive storyline certain to leave guests delightfully chilled.
Other Houses, Other Hauntings

Currently, there are three ‘manifestations’ of the House of Spirits, with more appearing every year. Each one is connected to the others through recurring characters, backstory continuity and visceral connective tissue. CASA VEGA tells the tragic tale of Little Magpie, Francisco and Molly Vega. VOLKOV MANOR explores the case of psychiatrist Grigor Volkov and the Vasiliev children. VAUGHAN HALL recounts the ancient legend of the Vaughan clan. As more Houses appear, it is clear a sinister, underlying mystery connects them all.

Best Halloween event ever! Had so much fun and the mansion was beautiful. Cocktails were super delicious and the ghosts were fun to interact with. Totally recommend checking out. If you’re not a “haunted house” person, this is your spot since you can go as you please and the scares range from none to max. Also highly recommend getting the VIP tickets. The lounge is beautiful and has one of the best cocktails in the mansion.

Amazing! Fun and chill, not the cheesy typical haunted house atmosphere with the employees jumping out and yelling at you. Very mature adult fun. Most people dressed in time specific costumes or elegant dresses. Definitely made the experience fantastic! Will definitely go back as often as possible.

What is House of Spirits?

House of Spirits is an immersive theatrical production, combined with an old-school variety show, all dressed up as an upscale cocktail party. Each season of House of Spirits offers an interactive sinister story, an array of live entertainers and handcrafted miniature cocktail tasting flights. Guests can enjoy House of Spirits on a topical level by freely exploring the house, sipping on cocktails and socializing with the spirits, or they can take their experience to a deeper level by participating in ancient rituals and macabre activities to uncover the haunted history of the home. There is something for everyone at House of Spirits!

Yes, however they are not included in the spirited cocktail tastings. Beer and wine will be available for purchase at the bar.

How scary is this experience?

You are able to control your own level of engagement. You may simply sip cocktails with your friends in a festively macabre environment while enjoying music and magic. Or, you may explore the darker more frightening interactive areas filled with oddities and creatures. There's a level for everyone!

I don’t drink. Will there be non-alcoholic options available?

We can provide non-alcoholic beverage options upon request.

Will you have vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free treats available?

There will be vegetarian options and limited vegan and gluten-free options available for purchase.

Will there be any food served?

There will be light bites available for purchase at House of Spirits.

ACCESS

Is this a kid-friendly environment?

This event is entirely 21+. You will need to show your state-issued ID at the entrance.

What time should I arrive?

Our pre-show lounge opens 45 minutes before your scheduled show time. In the lounge, you may purchase food and beverages while you wait for your show. Additionally, we strongly encourage you to arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your start time in order to fully explore House of Spirits. Sessions end promptly at the scheduled time.

Is there a dress code?

You have been invited to a cocktail soirée! Guests are encouraged (but not required) to dress in cocktail attire, or perhaps even themed time-period costumes! Basic PPE safety masks are allowed, but please refrain from using decorative masks, extensive make-up that hides your features, props, handheld props, or weapons as they will not be allowed at the event.

What can I bring?

Guests may only bring small bags up to 12x6x12 inches. All glass items are prohibited. No weapons. No outside food or drinks.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Yes, restrooms and ADA restrooms will be available.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, no pets allowed. Service animals are welcome, but please be aware that the event takes place in a crowded environment with theatrical lighting.

Do we need proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test to attend this experience?

We will follow applicable government regulations at the time of the experience. If a regulation applicable to this experience requiring vaccination and/or test for entrance is formally enacted between now and then we will send you an email informing you and update these FAQs accordingly. We will not issue refunds as a consequence of government mandated updates to requirements to entrance.

**Food included with the Premier ticket may contain or have traces of food allergens from peanuts, tree nuts, wheat/gluten, milk, soy, other seeds and nuts, or other food allergens. How much are the tickets?

Tickets start at around $70 per person for the Standard ticket, $75 per person for the Plus, and $90 per person for the Premier. Ticket prices vary by day of the week and start time to make the show more accessible. A full breakdown of your transaction can be seen in the checkout window, once you have selected tickets.

Can I purchase tickets at the door?

In order to properly prepare your spirited cocktail tastings, tickets will NOT be available at the door. All tickets are sold online.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, just show your QR code that will be validated directly in the Fever App, plus your ID when you arrive!

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from Google Play and Apple Store. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

I can't make it to any of the dates. Will there be additional sessions?

We may potentially announce additional sessions. Stay tuned!

What is your refund/exchange policy?

All tickets are non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase.

Do you offer group discounts?

We do not offer group discounts.

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Is your venue COVID-secure?

House of Spirits is a COVID-secure venue with safety and hygiene measures in place to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable visit. Rest assured that all local regulations and safety practices will be adhered to. Basic PPE safety masks are allowed, but please refrain from wearing decorative masks.

Should I wear a PPE safety mask?

House of Spirits will be adhering to each city's current regulations regarding mask wearing.
